Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the A Party of Eight website and your participation in events organized by A Party of Eight. By accessing this website and participating in our events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Registrations and Reservations
1. Registration Period
Registrations for events shall open onMonday of every other week for events scheduled the following week and shall close at Monday 11:59 PM. To secure a reservation, participants must register exclusively through the official A Party of Eight platform. Registrations submitted via alternative channels shall be deemed null and void and will not be subject to refund.
2. Modification of Groups
A Party of Eight reserves the right to alter participant groupings as necessary to facilitate the effective administration of events. Such modifications may occur up to the day preceding the event.
Dinners
1. Event Details
Dinners are held on scheduled dates at various local restaurants. Specific location details shall be communicated to participants prior to the event. Participants shall be solely responsible for their own meals, beverages, and gratuities, with the average cost of a meal ranging from $15 to $30.
2. Liability Disclaimer
A Party of Eight shall bear no liability for the quality of food, service, or any incidents occurring at the restaurant. Participants are responsible for settling their own bills in full.
3. Non-Refundable Tickets
Upon confirmation of reservation, purchased tickets are deemed non-refundable within 72 hours prior to the event. In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing attendance, participants are required to notify A Party of Eight at the earliest opportunity.
Community Guidelines
A Party of Eight is dedicated to fostering a community-oriented environment for women seeking meaningful connections. Participants are expected to adhere to standards of mutual respect and courtesy. Inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate expulsion from the event without a refund and may preclude participation in future events.

Code of Conduct
Participants shall conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful towards fellow attendees, restaurant staff, and event hosts. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or behavior that contributes to an uncomfortable or hostile atmosphere shall result in expulsion from the event, and may further result in restrictions on future attendance.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the event or failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the reservation, with no refund issued. Repeated instances of cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future attendance.
Event Photography
By attending A Party of Eight events, participants grant A Party of Eight the irrevocable right to photograph or record them for promotional and marketing purposes. Such photographs and recordings may be utilized across various media, including but not limited to our website and social media platforms. If a participant wishes to opt out of being photographed, they must inform the event host prior to the commencement of the dinner.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Party of Eight shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of participation in its events. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless A Party of Eight, its organizers, and hosts from any claims or liabilities arising out of or related to your participation. Participants are responsible for their own safety and actions at all times.
Subscription
If applicable, subscriptions for A Party of Eight services (including, but not limited to, special event access, newsletters, or reserved seating priority) shall remain valid for 30 days and will automatically renew unless canceled. Participants may cancel their subscriptions at any time before the next billing cycle. No refunds shall be issued once the subscription fee has been processed.
Changes to Events
In the event of inclement weather, restaurant availability issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, A Party of Eight reserves the right to reschedule or change the location of events. In such instances, participants shall receive a credit for future dining experiences if the event is canceled due to weather. No refunds shall be issued for cancellations resulting from weather conditions.
Refunds and Exceptions
Refunds shall not be issued within 72 hours of the event except in the case of a verifiable emergency or if A Party of Eight cancels the event for reasons other than weather. In the event of cancellation by A Party of Eight, participants shall be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to attend a rescheduled event.
Force Majeure
A Party of Eight shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and materials provided by A Party of Eight, including but not limited to our website, newsletters, and promotional content, are the intellectual property of A Party of Eight and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links
The website and communications of A Party of Eight may contain links to third-party websites or services. A Party of Eight does not endorse or control the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that A Party of Eight is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of your use of third-party services.
Age Requirements
Events hosted by A Party of Eight are restricted to participants aged 18 and above. By registering for an event, you affirm that you meet this age requirement.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute or claim arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or your participation in events organized by A Party of Eight, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at Howdy@apartyofeight.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an arbitration body mutually agreed upon by the parties.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A Party of Eight, its owners, employees, hosts, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your participation in our events, including but not limited to any injury or harm caused to other participants or property.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
A Party of Eight reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the website and participation in events constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes or claims arising from your participation in our events or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
